This generous Southern spread features Southern roasted turkey, pimento cheese, cream cheese topped with pepper jelly and candied jalapeños, sharp cheddar hoop cheese, cranberry sauce, turkey-and-dressing bites, warm sausage, thinly sliced country ham, brown sugar candied bacon, pickled okra and green beans, bread-and-butter pickles, chow-chow or sweet relish, deviled eggs, cornbread muffins with honey butter, and Southern fruits such as peaches, blackberries, plums, and pears.

The Southern Smokehouse brings together sliced brisket, sliced smoked turkey, grilled smoked sausage, baked beans, mac & cheese cups, potato salad, slaw, mini cornbread muffins, bread-and-butter pickles, sharp cheddar, house BBQ sauce, and a Southern-sweet finish of mini cobbler cups or banana pudding shooters.That menu follows the BBQ spread we had already developed, with your current change of no pulled pork and the addition of sliced smoked turkey.

The Southern Bayou is a hearty Cajun-inspired spread centered around boudin sausage bites and the bold, savory flavors of the Gulf South. It is styled to feel abundant, colorful, and made for sharing.

Perfect for birthdays, tailgates, office lunches, family nights, showers, and casual parties. The Southern Fiesta includes seasoned ground beef and/or shredded chicken, warm tortillas, queso, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, lime wedges, Spanish rice, refried beans, and tortilla chips with queso and pico de gallo.
